Introducing 5app's new pricing tiers: more choice, more value, more innovation

This update marks a significant moment for 5app. The new 5app pricing tiers are live, giving businesses more ways to shape how they deliver learning. We’ve always focused on keeping our learning management system (LMS) quick to deploy, easy to use, and built for growth. Now, we’re taking that further with a shift toward personalised, AI-powered learning.

Core package

The Core 5app pricing package remains the backbone of 5app. It’s all about cutting unnecessary complexity while ensuring employees can access what they need, when they need it. Learning happens without friction on any device, across any system, with automatic translation for a global workforce.

Employees can instantly find and share knowledge, interact with colleagues and stay connected. Social features make learning more engaging by enabling discussions, comments and likes, helping break down silos and making internal expertise more accessible.

Managers have the tools to take control at a local level, automate tasks and gain valuable insights. With Team Playlists, they can curate relevant content for their teams, monitor employee engagement and support individual and team development.

Administrators can easily manage content, target users and reduce manual effort. Flexible audience management ensures the right materials reach the right people, while intelligent curation simplifies Playlist creation, keeping learning structured and relevant. Everything is streamlined to eliminate inefficiencies, maximise impact and cut through the noise.

The new 5app pricing tiers introduce intelligent AI-powered assistance to the mix as optional extras, and also see us compete in the learning experience platform (LXP) market.

Core Plus package

Our new Core Plus tier enhances content discovery and engagement. In this tier, learners gain access to VeeCoach, 5app’s AI tutor agent, helping them navigate content more efficiently, directing them to the right resources and providing personalised answers to help with knowledge retention.

Core Max package

Core Max goes even further. Not only does it include all of the benefits of Core Plus, but it unlocks the full suite of AI tools. In this tier, learners gain access to the VeeCreate AI authoring tool, transforming content production, automating course structure suggestions, summarising materials and enhancing learning experiences with minimal effort from administrators. This frees up time to focus on strategy, engagement and impact, rather than manual content development.
