Helix measures the skills that matter to your organisation.

You can start with a library of 90+ validated soft skills, covering areas like communication, leadership, and performance. From there, you can tailor the model to fit your world. Rename skills to match your internal language, group them into skill sets, or define entirely new skills aligned to your frameworks.

Skills are assigned at an individual level, so each person is measured against what’s relevant to their role. 

If you need something specific, Helix can be configured to assess it - giving you a flexible, organisation-wide approach to skills measurement that evolves with your business.

No - Helix is opt-in. The bot joins only when the Helix user actively invites it, so your private calls stay private unless you choose otherwise.

Yes - Helix will automatically sync with your calendar (Google or Microsoft) and you can configure rules on what meetings it attends (or just add manually if you prefer)

Yes. If used correctly, Helix can shrink many of the blind spots that creep into human-only reviews, even though no system can eliminate bias entirely. For example, Helix is not affected by subjective impressions as it looks at phrasing in the transcript, not accent, appearance or seniority. It also provides uniform evidence & explanations so feedback quality is standardised.

The platform adheres to the following AI ethical principles: honesty, helpfulness, and harmlessness. In practice, these principles entail accurate and transparent skills assessment, user-centred and personalised feedback, and active mitigation of potential harms such as bias and misinformation. There are also mechanisms for moderation, enabling customers to report outputs they consider wrong, biased, or otherwise inappropriate.

Helix does not use any customer data for training purposes. No customer data is stored outside of the Helix platform. The foundational LLM used by Helix (ChatGPT by OpenAI)  is trained externally, and does not incorporate customer data for training.

Your organisation owns every transcript and score. Aggregated scores remain until deleted or the contract ends. Individuals may request deletion of their personal data at any time.

After every analysed meeting, Helix emails you a quick read summary that spotlights both your strongest skill demonstrations and growth opportunities. You’ll see concise, plain-language feedback, complete with quoted transcript snippets - explaining why each skill scored high or low. Yes. Helix works in the language.

It analyses the meeting transcript from the sessions it joins, so as long as the language is supported and configured, Helix can assess skills consistently in that language.
