VeeCoach now shows results straight after your search. No extra steps. If someone types ‘onboarding process’, they’ll see your onboarding guide or course link first. What this means for you:

Each VeeCoach response includes a source. If it pulls from a PDF, it shows the exact page. If it’s a video, you get the timestamp. Click the link to go straight to it, for example:

To make VeeCoach more than just an intelligent search, we’ve added a new coaching feature based on your capability framework. People can now run AI-driven roleplays that mimic real workplace scenarios, for example:

A manager who wants to practise giving feedback can instruct VeeCoach to play the part of an employee. VeeCoach then reacts in real time to the simulated feedback conversation, then links to relevant leadership resources in your Hub based on the manager’s performance.

You can customise everything through prompt engineering, from tone to follow-up content. For instance, you can say to VeeCoach: ‘Play the part of a very unhappy, frustrated customer who is looking for a refund’ or ‘Pretend you’re a junior employee who’s struggling with their workload, and then tell me you’re looking for support with burnout’.
