Any business worth its salt has DEIB (diversity, equality, inclusion and belonging) firmly on its agenda in 2023. In fact, 84% of CHROs say that they are increasing their investment in DEIB, showing that the vast majority of us understand the huge benefits of creating more diverse, inclusive workplaces.
